hello! thank you so much for the support! hoping that i can answer any questions here in an attempt to minimize any mistakes/general oopsies before and after shipping your order.

a lot of things happen out of my control, for example—the USPS has been experiencing shipping delays since the start of covid, many centers are short staffed, there’s unaccounted mail volume that may cause delays, etc etc. Please be aware that when you place an order, there will be an in-house processing and printing time and then whatever time the USPS allows for shipment. Most orders will be on time but if any hiccups happen, please be patient! Thank you for understanding

⟡ general shipping questions ⟡

estimated processing time:
i’m a one girl team which means, i’m the person printing, packaging and sending out your orders! I also have a full time job on top of this shop so in order to not lose my mind and minimize any mistakes, i’m limiting my printing and shipping dates to Wednesday, Friday and Saturday only. Please allow at least 7-10 days from order placement for your order to be shipped.

estimated shipping time: all orders will ship as first class mail via USPS, roughly 3-4 business days after your order has been packaged and dropped off.

but this is a gift/time sensitive/need ASAP: for any time sensitive purchases, please e-mail me after you’ve placed your order with your order number and can talk about how we can ship via USPS Priority shipping.

how will I know when my order has shipped? You’ll receive two different emails, the first one will be to confirm your purchase. A second e-mail will be sent out with tracking information AFTER your order has been processed and is ready to ship Please allow 7-10 business days before following up on your order. If it's been 14 days since your order has been placed and have not recieved a follow up, please e-mail me!

⟡ returns & exchanges ⟡
All sales are final and are not accepting any returns. However, if you've recieved a print that's been dented/damaged in the mail, I can offer to replace it. Please be sure to e-mail me with your name and order number to go from there.

Email/general business hours are 8:30am-:11:00 am PT, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Responses typically take 1-2 business days. Please refrain from direct messaging on instagram/twitter/etc.
